MDPH Arbovirus Health Education Survey

Hello Local Public Health Colleagues,

As we approach another busy tick-borne and mosquito season, MDPH is working on new and improved health education resources for our local health partners. Please help us improve our mosquito and tick-borne disease resources by completing this brief survey (5-7 minutes) designed for local public health professionals and partners. We ask that you complete this survey and share it with your colleagues working in or with local public health.

This survey was produced by the MDPH Zoonotic Epidemiology Program to better understand how local public health partners use and engage with current Mosquito and Tickborne Health Education materials (i.e., Bite Labs). Your feedback is critical in creating partnerships and resources to positively impact the health of your residents.
